Do you want justice?
Don't fawn on the judge
But, ask the Lord for it!
Prov 29:26
Praise God for His mercy and justice. We continue to thank Him for His faithfulness and provision. We know He is with us and He has lead us powerfully by His Holy Spirit. This past year has been an amazing one to learn how much the Lord Jesus loves us. I know that I am different because of it.
If I could have my way, I would hug you close, dear friends, in person for all the love and support you have shown to me and my family. I know that your greatest joy is simply serving the Lord, but let me share with you the amazing touch on our lives because of your powerful intercession:
- We have grown so close to God and have learned powerful spiritual lessons.
- Carrie received wisdom especially in her court case.
- Protection!
- Financial breakthrough!
- Carrie found a cute place to live while ordered to stay in San Diego for the next year. It will be a great place to heal and grow spiritually.
- The church Carrie attends, The Rock of San Diego, is amazing. The teachings and worship is powerful. The leaders have rallied around her and provided help in moving. Several leaders continue to call making sure she is okay and the ladies in the Women's Ministry have written to her inviting her for coffee and a listening ear.
- Many opportunities to share the gospel.
I could go on and on, my friends. You are His hands and feet and we feel the presence of the Lord all around us. Carrie and I love to pray for you and we ask God to shower you with blessings.
The spiritual warfare continues. I read this morning in Gal 5:11, "the fact that I am still being persecuted proves that I am still preaching salvation through faith in the cross of Christ alone!".
I am so glad to be on this journey with you. I send you my love! I will be in San Diego this week helping with getting settled in and hope to visit your blogs whenever I can get a few minutes.
Praising the Lord with you. We do indeed serve an awesome God.

Soo glad to hear from you sister Mary. And thankful to the Lord for everything He does to all of us, but most especially for sister Carrie and your beautiful granddaughter at this trying times. Continuing to lift you up in prayers. And I'm glad I'm walking with you in this difficult trek we're in. The road is narrow but it's tolerable with every step knowing I have mighty friends/family in Christ walking side by side with me. I'm so blessed. God bless you all richly and to God be the glory! Love you sister Mary.
ReplyDeleteHi Mary! ....I completely "ditto" what everyone's already voiced, more poignantly than I would have! Just wanted to say "thanks" for making me smile when I spotted Susanna - and learning that you all are doing well.

That sweet granddaughter of yours is precious! Love the picture.
I'm glad to hear from you, Dear, and that some things are going well. I pray for God's blessings for you. Greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world. Hugs ~

Hi Mary! Thanks for coming over and saying hi at Pom Pom's Ponderings. I am a dingy woman. I had JUST read your post when I began to write my latest post and I wanted to put Piles of Smiles in my blog story tribute. I added you in. Please forgive me for having such a darting around brain. You DO tell encouraging stories and your readers are blessed.
ReplyDeleteHi Mary! Okay, I fixed that crazy font on my last post and said some different stuff. Thanks for letting me know right away how messed up it was. It's taken me until now to try to fix it. It wasn't a crazy story, just wrong font that wouldn't show up right on a PC. Have a lovely weekend.
ReplyDeleteGod's hand is all over this, isn't it, Mary? It just blesses me mightily to witness how sturdy is Carrie's faith, and yours. And what's not to applaud in that little one's smile?
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you've been able to spend time in San Diego. It must be an immense blessing for Carrie, and a great comfort for you.
Thanks for keeping us posted!
Kathleen
P.S. I'm hoping we can have ONE more lunch in Prescott before I head out of AZ on July 24. God willing ...
